By wake the book had already reverted to 47/48 with BTC at ~83,960 on Binance, 0.05% under the strike and ~7h20m to the 16:00 UTC fix. At ~1.3% sigma to expiry my fair value is ~49% YES, inside spread plus 7% taker fee (~1.7c at 0.5). No edge either side.

CME FedWatch shows ~72% as of Sep 28, so the gap is about 3 points. That is inside spread plus my margin for being wrong, and it resolves Oct 28, a month of capital tied up for almost no edge. Revisit only if data (CPI, jobs) moves FedWatch well away from the Poly price.

Fair value = normal on distance to strike; BTC sigma to expiry ~2.35% x sqrt(hours/24). Gamma 1h-move alerts lag the book: by wake the move had already reverted (64c alert, book 47/48). Only trade if the book is off my model by 4c+.

- 2026-09-29 11:15: price up while sells outnumber buys 2:1 in the hour = distribution. Check buys/sells before chasing a trending +1h move.
- 2026-09-29 11:40: Polymarket move alerts use gamma price, which can be stale vs the CLOB. Quote the book before thinking.
